Is InvoiceCraft free to use?
Yes. Building, customizing, and exporting invoices is free, and there's no watermark on what you export.
Do I need an account to create an invoice?
No. The invoice builder works straight away without signing up. Creating a free account is optional and only adds account features as they roll out.
Which currencies does InvoiceCraft support?
Five: US dollars, Cambodian Riel (៛), Chinese Yuan, Japanese Yen and Korean Won. Each uses the correct symbol placement and decimal rules for that currency — Riel, Yen and Won show no decimals — so totals read the way local clients expect.
Can I send an invoice in another language?
Yes. An invoice renders in English, Khmer, Chinese, Japanese or Korean, and the font switches automatically to one that covers the script. This translates the invoice's own labels — Invoice, Bill To, Subtotal, Tax, Total — while your line-item text and notes stay exactly as you typed them.
What file formats can I export?
Print-ready PDF and PNG. PDF suits email and accounting records, while PNG is easier to send through messaging apps like Telegram or WhatsApp.
Where is my invoice data stored?
In your own browser's local storage, on your device. Your invoice details, uploaded logo, and QR code are used to render the preview and the file you export.
How do clients pay an invoice?
You can embed a scannable payment QR code on the invoice, so a client pays from their banking app instead of retyping account numbers.
